Tie-Down Information
Tie-downs on the northeastern-most ramp near the terminal building and restaurant are free for temporary use.
The administration building, housing the airport authority office and terminal doors on the first floor and Serventi’s Restaurant on the second floor, is on the same ramp as the free tie downs.
Airside Exit: Pilots, crew, and passengers can exit airside, 24/7/365, through the terminal building on that northeast ramp/side of the runway.
Landside to Airside: Pilots, crew, and passengers may go from landside to airside anytime airport administration or Serventi’s Restaurant is open:
- Mondays 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Tuesdays through Thursdays 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Fridays 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Saturdays 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Sundays 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
If you need to access landside to airside at times other than those listed, please call or email in advance for a gate code to enter onto that same northeast apron.

T-Hangars
Prices Range: $185-$335/month for single-engine aircraft, depending on:
- Hangar condition and age
- Flooring (dirt or concrete)
- Door Type (manual or electric)
- Insulation
Community Hangars
Rates determined based on square footage of aircraft. Call for pricing and availability.
To calculate your square footage, multiply the wingspan by the length of the aircraft.
