The Butler County Airport Authority is a Pennsylvania municipal authority and has adopted a policy pursuant to Section 504(a) of the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, 65 P.S. §§ 67.101-67.3104, commonly known as the Right to Know Law or RTKL. Requests are answered in accordance with the adopted policy and any applicable fees are charged in accordance with the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records Fee Schedule.
